The most important part of being on our leadership team is not what you do, but who you are becoming. Share life together with your team, commit to a personal spiritual growth process, and provide servant leadership in a specific area. Our student leaders are equipped to fulfill our BSM and Christian vision through their specific spiritual gifts and God-given talents and desires.
